We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, so if you can’t make an appointment or need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. You will most likely receive an appointment-reminder call or e-mail 48 hour prior to your appointment.

We are Ouidad Certified Salon and sell some of the Ouidad product lines at our salon. You can purchase products during your services.
While we absolutely do love to see the smiling faces of the little ones, we ask that all children be properly supervised during your service. “All unattended children will be given a shot of espresso and a free kitten.”
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so you can get changed and ready for your appointment. If not, your time with your stylist may be shortened.
Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply which is 100% cost of your service.
After you are 10 minutes late, we will reschedule your appointment and charge a fee. If you’re running late, please call us (954.495.7039) to see what we can do for you.
Yes you may pick up Ouidad products from the salon during your scheduled appointment.
